About Us
The Chick Rosnick Boxing Club is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, created by father and son attorneys Harold Rosnick and Michael Rosnick in memory of their father and grandfather, Hyman “Chick” Rosnick.
The purpose of our institution is to support the health and wellbeing of the Chick Rosnick Boxing Club students and to develop within them a robust spirit, mind and body capable of managing lifelong challenges. We will achieve this through the sports of boxing and martial arts and will enhance these disciplines with dynamic, research-based, intentional, vetted strategies and intervention practices. Students in our care will be nurtured in a safe and compassionate environment where they will be physically and mentally challenged by supportive and trained mentors. We believe every child has the capability of achieving success if provided with the necessary and appropriate skills.
Our athletes will learn tools and skills that they can rely on as they proceed on their trajectory to become the best version of themselves. The strong and healthy community that exists within the walls of the Chick Rosnick Boxing Club will be mirrored beyond its boundaries through our Boxing and Martial Arts Scholars, allowing the students of the Chick Rosnick Boxing Club to positively impact their surrounding community and beyond.
Through the disciplines of boxing and martial arts, this youth program is dedicated to empowering youth and teaching them a number of foundational pillars, including:
